OPS BPS Registration

Complete your online registration for the Ontario Provider Services (OPS) BPS and MCEDT system.

Prerequisites

You need a registration letter from the Ministry of Health containing two unique identifiers:

OPS BPS Registration code
OHIP Guide code

Don't have the letter? Contact the Ministry of Health at 1-800-262-6524 to request a new one.

Registration Steps

1. Access the Portal

Visit OPS BPS login page (opens in a new tab) and click 'Register'

2. Create Account

Enter your personal details
Create a secure password
Accept terms and conditions

3. Verify Email

Check your email for confirmation
Click the verification link
Log in with your credentials

4. Complete Setup

Select 'New User' (unless migrating from old system)
Enter your unique identifiers from the ministry letter
Accept the acceptable use policy

Next Steps

After registration, you'll need to designate your billing provider to submit claims on your behalf.
